DEPOSITS

Every reservation must be confirmed and guaranteed by a credit card number.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

On reservation (not refundable) 10% of the total amount
Less than 14 days prior to arrival 30% of the entire stay will be charged 
Less than 7 days prior to arrival 60% of the entire stay will be charged
 Less than 3 days prior to arrival  100% of the entire stay will be charged

The cancellation policy does not cover the period of Christmas holidays (from 15.12 till 15.01) and the Golf Open (from 01.09 till 10.09)

DEPOSIT POLICY FOR GROUPS

100% of contracted amount will be requested prior arrival as follow :

  • 10% at the reservation

  • 45% of total invoice 90 days prior to arrival

  • 45% of total invoice 60 days prior to arrival

Balance will be invoiced within 10 days after the departure. Payment is due in full upon receipt.

For short term bookings, a deposit of 100% will be required 7 days prior arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS

The deposit will be refunded or absorbed based on the following schedule :

  • 20% of rooms as agreed per contract can be cancelled 90 days prior arrival without charges

  • 10% of rooms as agreed per contract can be cancelled 60 days prior arrival without charges
